Shikshanjali's aim is to prepare children with strong personality who would not shy away when his/her mettle is tested in life. We aspire to produce winners, keen mutual learners and progressive thinkers which help them to become global citizen.

Credentials:

Lt. Cdr. Vijaya Shree Laxmi is a retired Naval Officer. She has done her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Management from MDI (Gurgaon). As an entrepreneur in the education system, 'Parivartan' or change is the keyword which pushed her to bring Sikshanjali to Bihar Sharif. To make a difference in this society Sikshanjali has come up with modern teaching methods. Using her armed forces experience she wants to inculcate the habit of self discipline, commitment and respect in every child.
